Many of my patients describe leading lives that leave them exhausted, unable to relax even when they do have the time. Often their work environments are high pressure, require sustained focus, and leave no room for error. Add on to that the responsibilities of family and friends, it is no wonder so many people feel burned out. Stress is keeping them from being as productive as they could be, or achieving their goals. Anxiety keeps them from being the person they want to be, impacting relationships with friends and family.

Therapy can help you to relieve the pressure from all of these responsibilities and help you to identify ways to recharge your batteries.

Therapy has been shown to reduce symptoms that many of us have come to accept as a part of life. Working with a trained therapist can reduce the physical and emotional exhaustion, making it easier to focus on what is in front of us; whether that means being able to focus on a high stakes job that requires peak performance, being present with the people we care about, or just feeling more like ourselves.

Assessment for ADHD is also available for adolescents and adults.
